  • Which application do you use for your virtual services?

    All virtual services will be hosted through Zoom or Teams.

  • Will we be able to contact you after a course?

    Yes, absolutely! However, further communication may be liable to be billed at an hourly rate if it was not originally agreed upon within the contract and/or proposal.

  • For the two days webinar, how many hours of instruction will it be?

    For the 2 days, there will be a combined total of 16 hours of facilitation. This will be 8 hours split into two days including a 1 hour lunch per day.

  • If my company starts a partnership with you will all the material tailored for us?

    Although there is premade material meant for instruction, all services are tailored to your needs based on what is agreed upon during our first meeting.

  • Can I just order one course from the Course Catalog? Is there a minimum and a maximum?

    Yes! There are no minimums or maximums when it comes to ordering courses. However, each course is one hour long and the price will be multiplied by how many classes you order à la carte.
