You are able to choose from these three categories to find what your organization is looking for. We will be happy to advise you on what is the most suitable for your needs, if you need assistance in making a selection.

Unlimited communication via emails or scheduled phone calls during our operating hours. We highly value open dialogues in order to ensure your orginazation’s success and continued growth.

With each publication, you will be provided the monthly DEIA calendar, articles on leadership, new studies and laws pertaining to DEIA and resiliency, and updates on our latest courses.

Once per month you will get to choose the hour long course (from the course catalog) you would like to have facilitated. This will have an unlimited number of seats so you may have whomever you would like to attend.

Once per quarter, you are entitled to 16 hours of facilitated instruction as we work together to go through topics of your choosing.

Every three months we will be providing a survey to be distributed across your organization. This will act as a litmus test to get a true pulse of your team. This will also highlight anything that might need to change, or shine a light on what may already be working!

Twice per year, we will conduct an overarching analysis of your organization that will mark tangible milestones that you have already achieved, next steps, and an actionable plan for the future. We do this twice per year as to give your company the opportunity to reflect the positive changes you've worked so hard to implement!
